a meeting today in which the decision to to purchase 9894 kanals of land for the construct
ion of R
awalpindi Ring Road was taken. According to media reports, the project will be completed within two years and loan will be provided by the Asian Bank.

awalpindi to take an overview of the project.
The commissioner said that 9894 Kanal property will be purchased for this development project and designing of the route will be completed as per the recommendations given by Asian Development bank. He underlined that the project will be helpful to ensure smooth flow of traffic in R
awalpindi city and its adjoining areas.
The representatives of Asian Development Bank said in the meeting that the bank is ready to give loan for the purchase and construct
ion of R
awalpindi Ring Road.
They said the bank is also cooperating in the designing of ring road, stressing that designing
should be completed as soon as possible so that funds could be provided.
