ISLAMABAD: Population count of the se
cond block in the first phase of census has started in sixty-three districts after completion of house listing.
This was stated by Chief Census Commissioner Asif Bajwa during a media briefing in Islamabad on Monday.
To a question, he said “population and h
ousing data in North and
South Waziristan Agencies will be calculated in collaboration with FATA Disast
er Manage
ment Authority (FDMA)”.
He urged people to cooperate with the census teams and report to PBS at the toll-free number in case census teams have not reached their home or area.
